Keep-it-Secret, a Keepsake Box

At Fauno we are passionate about Middle Earth and we have made these because it's come to our attention how many Tolkien Collectors routinely FLAUNT the One Ring on their Shelfies! Didn't you hear what Gandalf said? Keep it secret, keep it safe! He must never find it! So we decided to provide suitable keepsake boxes, with a reminder.

They are made from vintage salt boxes that were quite well loved before we acquired them. This box i vintage and completely handmade. It has some oddities in construction, for example the cover is slightly asymmetric, and some bumps ans scrapes due to its age. We didn't try to hide these too much, as we feel that they add to it's authentic look and feel. 

All the Hobbit house details we added are made from wood and hand painted in a slightly distressed style. Carnauba was and metallic wax finish. 

Each of these Shire boxes comes with a complimentary IMITATION One Ring. 

Disclaimer: these rings were NOT forged in the depths of Mount Doom. They are imitations we got from the internet. The original, we are assured, has been destroyed. These rings will most likely have no effect on your visibility or life span, nor will they facilitate a career in burglary! Thank you for your understanding!
