Commissions and Support

Most of Fauno's designs fly off the shelf very quick!

We leave them visible in the shop as inspiration if you would like to commission a similar piece, and to display Fauno's more current work. Most of our products are one of a kind, and even when we use the same design again, it will probably not be identical to it's predecessors. Wood and vintage pieces are seldom the same but we like to explore new ways to use a design we love, and we always try to improve, and to add a personal touch if you so wish.

Waiting times on a project depend on the complexity of the design, availability of the materials (stones or other parts might need to be purchased etc), and previous commitments. 

We request a 30€ deposit for commissions of up to 180€ value and for reserving WIP pieces. Above that value, we evaluate on a case by case basis. We might also ask for a higher deposit or full payment in advance if the project is extremely personalised.

 

Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss commissions before leaving a deposit. :)

 

If for any reason we should fail to deliver your product, your deposit will be refunded in full.

If your deposit has been paid to reserve a piece currently in progress, we will either adjust the price accordingly before listing it, or provide a personalised discount code for you to apply at checkout.
